Studio 3 is our second largest of the 4 rooms to rent. With approximately 1,500 square feet of space we can comfortably fit up to 10 10 person tables with space for buffet tables.

Rental of Studio 3 includes use of our 2 lobby bathrooms.

Please note we do not have a kitchen.

Rental rate - $50 per hour

Studio 2
Studio 2 is approximately 1,200 square feet of space we can comfortably fit up to 6 10 person tables with space for buffet tables.

Rental of Studio 2 includes use of our lobby bathrooms.

Please note we do not have a kitchen.

Rental rate - $40 per hour

Studio 1
Studio 1 is the smallest of the 4 rooms to rent. With approximately 600 square feet of narrow space this room is perfect for a meeting or small class.

Rental of the Walnut room includes use of our 2 lobby bathrooms.

Please note we do not have a kitchen.

Rental rate - $30 per hour
